At Probase Digital (operated by PROBASE MART LLC), we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from us.
1. Overview
By purchasing any services from us, including website development, digital marketing, branding, advertising services, social media management, SEO, or related digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
• You may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing (e.g., email to support@probasedigital.com).
• Before Work Begins:
If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
• After Work Has Started:
Once work has commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund. In some cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed, at our discretion.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
• If Probase Digital cancels a service or project due to unforeseen circumstances, breach of agreement by us, or inability to deliver as promised, you may receive a refund for the undelivered portion of the service, based on what stage the work was in at the time of cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Terms
• Refunds are generally not provided once work is completed or delivered.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases where Probase Digital fails to deliver services agreed upon in the signed contract.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after work has begun or for dissatisfaction unrelated to service delivery failures.
3.2 Refund Processing
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider and bank.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not refundable:
• Any work already delivered or approved by the client.
• Milestone payments for completed phases of a project.
• Transaction fees or administrative charges.
• Services that are customized and time-intensive once work is in progress.
